Live wild and free outside

Spending time outdoors is really good for you! Studies show that being in nature can lower stress, improve your mood, and make you feel better overall. Even just 20 minutes outside can reduce the stress hormone cortisol.

Outdoor activities also help you stay more active, keeping your heart healthy and lowering the risk of diseases. Plus, being in the sun gives you vitamin D, which is important for your bones and immune system. People who spend more time outside are also less likely to feel depressed or anxious. So, it’s clear that spending time in nature has a lot of benefits for both your physical and mental health
