Being a newcomer in a big city can be a challenging experience – fast-paced cities often exaggerate the feeling of isolation and loneliness. Lenny London is taking steps to create a sense of community among young females and help them to adapt through organising outdoor activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to help participants to socialise while enjoying the benefits of spending time outdoors and disconnecting from their gadgets. We aim to provide a unique opportunity for individuals, particularly ones new to London, to explore the city, discover new locations, and find a like-minded community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Walks are aimed at restoring the well-being of individuals affected by the constant use of gadgets. Studies have shown that young adults tend to feel more anxious and stressed due to a lack of time spent outside. Young adults are suffering the consequences of lockdown \u2013 isolation and lack of social contact cause mental health issues. In collaboration with Lenny London, we are happy to offer an opportunity to reconnect with the outdoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
