\u201cI am so beyond excited for this! I struggle with being shy and being an introvert, and I\u2019ve found that being on my phone makes me go into myself even more. I was bullied in school, and was always called the ugly sister, so seeing comments like that on my social media really brings me down. It makes me feel as small as I did when I was younger. Being on Dancing with Stars has been really good for me, because I\u2019ve been so busy. So I haven\u2019t been checking my twitter or instagram or tiktok, and I feel so so good about myself. I can\u2019t tell you how much easier it is getting to bed every night not thinking about people that hate me. I\u2019m really excited to speak to kids in London and tell them how important it is to limit their screen times and get outside.
