MEET THE FOUNDER
Abbie Phillips founded YOUNITE in 2021 during the coronavirus pandemic. She found that it really hard to go back to ”normal life” after we had been kept inside for a long period of time. She also believes that there is a massive issue with sexual assault cases rising, so she created this campaign to try and give women hope for their future.
Many women are afraid to go out with friends because of the increasing fear of what may happen to them. YOUNITE has been created as an attempt to eliminate this issue and help women get on with their lives.
OUR LAST COFFEE MORNING 27/04/22
Fourteen dynamic ladies joined us at our most recent coffee morning! The location? Wakey Wakey in New Cross, near Goldsmiths College. The coffee? Spot on. The chat? Positive and supportive! We’re so proud of this opportunity for all of us to get to know each other in a safe space. Face-to-face discussion really helps charge our social batteries. Want to join us and charge yours?
