Due to the digital world, stress has become a prominent issue and therefore its become increasingly important to maintain good mental health.Interacting with animals has shown to decrease levels of cortisol and lower blood pressure. Studies have also found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support and boost moods.This is the perfect way for younger generations to leave behind their stress and use animal cuddles to de-stress.
Our Mission
We care about well-being and mental health therefore wanted to create an experience that combines movement and mindfulness. We wanted to combine the benefits that petting animals deliver with rescue puppies to deliver a unique experience. By using rescue animals we home to shine a light on adoption and how you can adopt.
