Our Mission

Our aim is to encourage young adults to exercise more with their friends outdoors. Having to stay at home because of the COVID pandemic stopped people from enjoying the green spaces that the city of London has to offer, and we want to make it our mission to bring people together outdoors. By doing this, we are looking to improve physical and mental wellbeing amongst our communities, and focus on social, community and individual development.

What We Do

Who We Are

We encourage young people to come to their local parks and do some form of exercise together with friends. Not everyone enjoys running, so we want to make sure that everyone feels included and can do something to improve their general wellbeing! Activities such as outdoor yoga or long walks in green spaces to reach your daily steps goal are proven to reduce stress and anxiety levels, help achieve a clearer mindset and generally improve mental wellbeing.

We are a team of young people looking to make a positive and healthy impact in our communities. We want to help people get out into the outdoors and feel comfortable again, after being locked in our houses for two years due to the COVID pandemic. We want to make sure people discover all of the green spaces London has to offer, and at the same time create new fun memories with friends!
