Lockdown has been very tough on the younger generation. Studies have proved that screen time has increased by 79% during Covid among people aged between 16 and 24 years old. Going out has become a very big struggle for the youth and young adults and that is becoming an alarming issue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To tackle this emerging problem the famous American multinational Corporation called Nike, decided to create an app called ” WalkinYourCity”.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Our main goal is to make sure that young people around the world have the opportuniy to enjoy the green spaces they are surrounded by.
We noticed the parks and outdoor places are the most peaceful and enjoyable places to go to when we feel low and we would love for young adults to acknowledge that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to WalkInYourCity, users will be able to make new friends by visiting the parks that are nearby and by staying connected on the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rewards will also be sent by email to the people who posts the most pictures outdoors and to the people to uses bikes and scooters frequently on their day out!!!!<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
