No 5. swimming pools in hampstead Heath

There are some lovely baths in Hampstead Heath that haven’t been touched in decades. The lovely ponds that resemble pools have diving boards and lots of opportunities to practice both your diving skills and swimming skills. The pools are a great place to visit in summer and winter, with cold water swimming, but it is always good to bring a layer of wool so your body can keep warm after the cold water. No one wants to catch a cold after a fun activity with friends, so don’t forget you Kari Traa wool underwear.
