Games and internet browsing can’t be the only forms of enjoyment for teenagers.
Kelly Mullan, the Senior Planner of HotSweatLondon
We will still intend to hold the event mostly in London’s expansive green spaces. Whether you are studying at school or bored in your dorm, relaxing at home or walking in the park, you can join us at any time to embrace nature on the lawn, experience yoga, relieve stress and witness the power of sport and hot sweat.
Pay attention to Youth Groups
“Before this, I spoke with many teenagers about their mental health and perspectives on the outdoors.” As to Kelly, 75% of teenagers are weary of the long winter, which is made worse by the numerous essay assignments that are depressing their outlook on the future and adding to their stress levels. They lack enthusiasm for most things and prefer to stay in their rooms by themselves to browse the internet while feeling anxious and unable to sleep. “
The BAME community in particular, which makes up a large portion of international students, suffers from a severe sense of alienation that makes them more likely to become trapped in their own social networks. In addition, only 24% of BAME people regularly visit outdoor natural areas, according to the data. “We do, of course, take into account the expense of getting to events; for instance, the venue needs to be as close as feasible to the location of the youth group to make it more affordable for them to go.”
Kelly emphasises that this activity is unquestionably free for the 10,000 People Yoga Experience. Since it’s an event that young people desire to engage in to relax and enhance their physical health, we give them a lot of freedom in making their decisions.
“Hot Sweat” in London
We have enlisted the help of volunteers from the coaching staff and some of ours trainees. This will not only encourage people to spend more time outdoors and in the fresh air, but it will also prevent wasting London’s abundant greenery. They will be sweating it out all over London just like the Generation Z youths, infecting all those involved in yoga with their enthusiasm.
“Live the Possibilities”
We intend to increase interest in extracurricular activities for this generation by raising awareness among individuals in London, the UK, and throughout the world as well as among young people about the value of physical fitness and the charm of sport.” London also has a huge number of international students and immigrants, and finding your own identity is the best way to achieve a brighter future and a better mindset.
“This is Yoga. This is Sport.” Our campaign to encourage Londoners to be more in tune with nature will not stop there, but will bring long-term benefits and happiness to the people.
