Lately, I found myself getting down, but it was weird because I had nothing really to be down about. I mean I have a a good life. I soon realised that I spent most my times inside, and would only go out if I was going out for drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The moment I started making an actual effort with going outside, I immediately started feeling better. The boys and I are link big kids again, just making the most of our time off by going out all day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I recommend is looking for the simple things to do outside. London can be so expensive but you can make it fun cost-free. For example, you\u2019re never too old to play football in the park with your mates. Those memories are some of the funniest I\u2019ve got and it literally cost us nothing. Face Your Space has helped my friends and I realise what we can do with what we\u2019ve got. Now we all meet up at least once a week to do some sort of activity outside. Since then, I have been so happy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
