Being guided by an instructor to let go of their disturbing thoughts, focus on their breathing, and practice opening their chest and shoulders to stimulate the sympathetic nerves of the spine can enhance the body&#8217;s activity and provide a great way to improve mood and stability. I believe this is also the strongest point for many yoga practitioners when they first start practicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Secondly, yoga can help improve body shape and posture. First of all, let&#8217;s clarify a concept: yoga can improve body shape to a certain extent, but cannot reduce weight (because muscle increase may also cause weight gain), so the claim that yoga can slim down is a bluff (I have had girls ask me if there is a yoga to make their faces thinner&#8230;I just laughed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Thirdly, yoga can help with self-control. Self-control is further divided into two parts: control of the body and inner vision. What is inner vision? Do not rely on mirrors, but rely on your own consciousness to perceive the rotation and stretching of every muscle and bone in your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Gradually strengthen your communication with your body and your control over it. The more you practice this control, the stronger it becomes. On a smaller scale, it can make your yoga asanas more beautiful and standard, and on a larger scale, it can even help you control many of your usual lazy tendencies, such as waking up early in the winter to work out&#8230; even when it&#8217;s painful to get up. Imagine your body as a puppet on a string, driving your muscles to lift the quilt, support your body, sit up, and perform a series of movements.
