How young London girls can enjoy nature while protecting their skin?

Summer is coming, and young London girls need to enjoy outdoor activities to improve their mental health but remember to wear sunscreen. According to NHS, skin cancer is rising among young people.

Conversely, they need to go outside because it is great for their mental health, espicially during summer, and thus wearing sunscreen every day is vital to protect their skin from UV rays. Walking, gardening, or running, being outside can benefit your well-being. However, this can not be the reason to prevent them from enjoying outdoor activities. According to the NHS, going out in the green, especially under the sunshine and being active has been shown to improve people’s mental health and help them get fit. Dr Sarah Jarvis MBE, a Clinical Consultant graduating from medicine at Cambridge and Oxford,  also approved this notion. She stated that outside can help lower blood pressure and improve mental health and stress levels. She suggests people should be out at least three days a week as it can help them feel better, and further help improves their mental health.

Many young London girls have reported feeling happier when they go out, especially under the sun and having fun with their besties in Greenwich park in London. However, they all said they didn’t wear SPF as they wanted to get the prettiest tan to be the shiniest girl and thus look healthier.
