There are many perks when joining women focused fitness, but the main one is having all the perks while getting fit! This is done inside or outside in green spaces or indoors in a gym space (rented out) with work out routines planned. These are all led with female trainers/ PT’s with the main aim of getting fit while having fun and being safe.
