The core message of Women Focused Fitness
The message of Women Focused Fitness is to create an environment for women to exercise together to improve; physical wellbeing and better self-esteem, it will offer personal growth, Encourages longer, deeper, restful sleep, Encourages a sense of ownership and emotional attachment to the environment, helps create common values of identity, reduces stress and anxiety.

How can these be done?
The aim is to first create a safe space for women to be a part of various indoor and outdoor activities. This will be done with a launch of an app for women to use to network an exercise group or female dominated gyms for them to feel comfortable.
The reason for this to be a woman only campaign is the recent and on going unsafely for women- women being attacked while going out for runs or being out and about, therefore women would rather exercise at home due to the fear, which isn’t fair.
So, for women to get together and exercise in big groups in parks, gyms and evening walks led by an instructor could help influence women to get outdoors and feel better within themselves.
What the service/ app offers:
- A network for women to find groups of women to exercise with
- Find information of outdoor activities in groups in parks/ green spaces
- Our female gym
- To make friends
- Workout routines for in and out the gym
- All led by female trainers
This is going to influence women who want to get fit or socialise to get outdoors and feel safe amongst each other.
As well as the app for members, for people who want to join or want information about it can follow the Instagram page and look at the website: Women focused fitness (WFF) which is our slogan, app name and Instagram page.
The message is to get women active in a safe space from walks to intense gym workouts- it’s their choice!
How the app is set up:
- The app is set up in a way to work digitally
- They sign up but must provide proof of identity for safety reasons
- Set up across London and will provide details of activities based on their area
- Activity peak times
- Videos on exercise, examples of what they’ll be a part of, meeting the trainers.
- Payment- the starting cost is £5 for the first 3 months; it is then £10 after- this is to encourage younger women to come along as it is affordable.

How did we get here?
Women Focus Fitness came about during the covid pandemic during 2020. The creator- Naomi Kassiri was looking for new ways to get fit but with people who were wanting the achieve the same goals. Fitness was always the end goal but the safety part came about after many news stories surfaced about young women being attacked or murdered while doing day to day activities. This was the start of women focused fitness, the amount of attacks and unsafely women have to face while doing every day things is outstanding and disgusting. This is a real passion is to not let women feel unsafe at any point of their lives especially when working on themselves.
This is why we aim to have fun while doing what we love without the worry of unsafety.
