Do you ever want to break away from social media and embrace the great outdoors? then look no further. Fris-Free is a community-run project with the aim of bringing people together by playing frisbee. We host sessions across London and no experience is needed. Our only condition is that you come along and bring good vibes. Fris-free is for everyone and we hold a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination. Our sponsor provides food, frisbees and t-shirts meaning all you need to do is come along! try it out. After all, it’s free. If it’s not for you that’s fine but you’ll only know if you try.
