  1. Dress for the Weather

London weather can surprise you—check the forecast! We recommend layered clothing, comfy shoes, and bringing a light waterproof jacket just in case.

  1. Stay Hydrated

Even if it’s cloudy, bring a reusable water bottle. Movement + chatting + sunshine = you’ll need it.

  1. Respect the Space

Hyde Park is for everyone. Stay off grass where signs say so, and keep noise levels chill. Let’s leave nature better than we found it.

  1. Arrive on Time & Warm Up

Be 10 minutes early so we can start together. If you’re walking or running, do a light stretch to prevent injury

and feel your best.

  1. Be Open, Be Kind

You might meet strangers, make a friend, or discover something new. Respect others, smile more, and most of all—enjoy the moment.
