I brush my phone until 3am every day and habitually mention ‘so tired’, but I can’t tell if it’s physical or mental exhaustion. We chat passionately with friends online, but in reality, we become increasingly silent and lonely.
Until one day, we decided to turn off our phones and walk into the park.
That day, the sunshine was not very dazzling, and the wind was not particularly gentle, but suddenly we felt: we were still alive, we could still feel the swaying of tree shadows, the smell of soil, and the sound of heartbeat.
At that moment, we understood\u2014\u2014
It’s not that we don’t want to change, but we haven’t had an exit for too long.
So we created this platform. Not for burning fat, not for comparison, but to provide every young person like us with a free, safe, and non judgmental ‘exit’.
You can come alone or travel together; You can shout loudly or sit silently; You don’t even say anything, just listen quietly to a tree talking.
We believe that by going out, we can meet our true selves.
We will name each tree that takes a photo with you after you.
You are not exercising, you are coexisting with nature – reconciling with your true self.
