Gather in Hyde Park

For the past three years, London has been engulfed in a pandemic; the sky never seems to clear, and it rains constantly. One scientific study after another was like a ray of sunshine after another, and for three years this gloomy genius was dispelled, and the public was able to get out of their homes and reconnect with nature. This epidemic created a powerful opportunity for the rapid development of the internet, which took advantage of the fact that young people were staying at home and not going out, gradually and progressively eroding their mental and real worlds by preferring indoor activities and denying communication with nature. The parks in London are always pleasant, and a walk on the grass is always a sinking into the world of nature, as if the fresh air has sucked away our busy and melancholy thoughts. Also, there is something else that can revitalise our tired bodies: exercise. We’ll take a dip in yoga heaven this time and record our relaxation with our bodies. Meet in Hyde Park and breathe in the joy while exhaling the stress.

Let’s meet yoga instructor Janna.K ,in Hyde Park with your yoga equipment on a bright morning when spontaneously awakened young Londoners are out and about. Together, we will perform a morning yoga routine, feeling and drawing its strength as we go, and using this gentle yet potent strength to begin the day.
After waking up the body, it ‘s time for the lecture: About the mental and physical benefits of yoga for young people, and how spending more time outdoors, rather than indoors, can help young Londoners develop a healthier, more relaxing, and more productive lifestyle over time.
