As the city&#8217;s beating heart served as<br>our background, Nina observed how Fitbit Sense has become more than simply a<br>smartwatch by blending in seamlessly with her urban lifestyle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover alignfull is-light\" style=\"min-height:560px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-background-dim-0 has-background-dim\"><\/span><video class=\"wp-block-cover__video-background intrinsic-ignore\" autoplay muted loop playsinline src=\"https:\/\/promomedia.gold.ac.uk\/yessa001\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/2024\/03\/production_id_4762901-240p-2.mp4\" data-object-fit=\"cover\"><\/video><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-cover-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-718b10d7c816181453c4709d1fea73cb\" style=\"color:#daf8b4\">The story of Fitbit NatureNudge, a movement encouraging urban explorers to go outdoors, disconnect, and find beauty in their surroundings and themselves, is reflected in Nina&#8217;s journey. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:89px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover is-light\" style=\"min-height:300px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-nv-site-bg-background-color has-background-dim-100 has-background-dim\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-cover-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-neve-text-color-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\">The Fitbit Nature Nudge movement, which recognises the challenges of urban life and provides a practical answer, is embodied in Nina&#8217;s narrative. Fitbit Sense, which has heart rate monitoring and GPS tracking capabilities, becomes her friend while she goes on outdoor and educational activities. My treks feel excited because of the GPS tracking function, which aids in finding new pathways. I can match my physical activities to my general well-being by keeping a balanced pace thanks to the heart rate monitoring.&#8221; This editorial piece is more than a story; it&#8217;s evidence of Fitbit NatureNudge&#8217;s ability to change young Londoners&#8217; lives. Nina emphasises in our talk the value of Fitbit NatureNudge in helping the academic community overcome its difficulties. &#8220;The challenges and events curated by the initiative serve as reminders to unplug and step outside,&#8221; she writes. &#8220;Fitbit Sense promotes a healthy connection with technology by actively encouraging me to take 6 breaks from screens.
