Hi, my name is Michelle I’ve been having anxiety going outside after the pandemic my interactions with people have been kept to a minimum because I get really nervous. However, one day I felt I had to make a change and the best way was to exercise and get used to going outside again but I still had some anxiety about going out then I saw Adidas promoting their new outwear line and I decided that I want to at least look good while I go exercise to help me get rid of my thoughts on looking bad when doing it and hopefully it can help get rid of my anxiety. After a couple of weeks, I had become more accustomed to being outdoors and I never realised the beauty that London has to offer despite living here for my whole life it made me love this city again and now I go on runs nearly every single day exploring what London has to offer. I definitely recommend for people get out and see there city and i know it may be hard despite struggling with mental health issues that the pandemic left us with but we can do it.
