We started this campaign to give teenagers a new reason to get outdoors doing something physical and active with the bonus of learning a crucial life saving skill. Giving teenagers the opportunity to spend time outdoors and being able to appreciate the nature they have around them and see it in a different light.

This campaign also provides teens with a new way to help improve their mental health and involves them in a new community of friends and inspirational people. Providing teenagers with an incredible support system.

By collaborating with Bronx Boxing Gym we adopt their values as Bronx goes beyond boxing by bringing a sense of community, excitement and empowerment to people who want more than just a gym, inspiring the industry to see the fitness spaces as vessels for changing trajectories and not just bodies.Bronx strives to fight stereotypes, challenge conventions and to strike out at a fitness industry that usually focuses more on selling six packs than it does feelings.

Outdoor yoga classes have always been successful with getting people out into the outdoors through exercise with nature being there to calm them so why can’t we do this with self defence classes where teens are learning a life saving skill.
