


“As Lockdown hit a few years ago, the reality hit me that I had to work,eat and sleep under the same roof for an unknowing amount of time and this concerned me. So, I decided to take small afternoon walks.
Gradually as I started to implement this new routine into my life, I could feel a huge difference. I had more mental clarity, more energy to do things and just felt happier. Originally, I knew that walking would be healthy,allowing me to get more vitamin D from the sunlight whilst also increasing my step count. However, I didn’t expect to feel such a vast difference in my mental state. I felt as if my mind and body had totally reset.
Following on 3 years, I still do my daily walks and they are a non negotiable. Whether its 10 minuets or an hour. I will always make time for it and encourage anyone whos struggling to do the same.”
