Our therapeutic walking sessions take place in London’s parks and quiet neighbourhoods, alongside a qualified therapist and a friendly dog in need of a walk. Side by side, conversation flows naturally, no clinical rooms, no pressure.

Sessions last around 50–60 minutes. Just wear comfortable shoes and come as you are.
