Bartending Competition

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- Ice
- Lemon twist or olive for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add gin and dry vermouth to the shaker.
- Stir the mixture well for about 30 seconds until it is well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish the drink with a lemon twist or an olive, and serve.
Note: For a “dry” martini, use less dry vermouth, and for a “dirty” martini, add a small amount of olive brine to the mixture before shaking.
